This beautiful Ibiza-style villa is located less than 5 minutes' drive from the touristy coastal village of Moraira. The sandy beach and the idyllic pebble beach of El Portet can also be reached immediately. From the villa there are beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the Calpe rock and over the valley. The villa is divided over two floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen with a cooking island.
